7 Apps For Millennial’s Business Travelers

Whether traveling for pleasure or business, we must always find what is going to be profitable for us in terms of Hotels or Rented Space, Mobility, Food, Flight tickets, etc. Well, that’s at least true for the generations of Millennials business travelers that’s been increasingly growing day by day.

So, cutting things short here are the 7 best business travel app for millennial travelers
The number app on our list is Airbnb: Airbnb, Inc is an online marketplace that connects people who want to rent out their homes with people who are looking for accommodations in that locale and arranging or offering lodging, primarily homestays, or business travel-tourism experiences. As of now it currently covers more than 81,000 cities and 191 countries worldwide. The company does not own any of the living estates, nor does it host online events; it acts as a broker, receiving commissions from each booking. Users have access to search for lodging using filters such as accommodation type, dates, location, and price, and can search for specific types of homes, such as bed and breakfasts, unique homes, and vacation homes.
Airbnb, an online hotel booking site
One key takeaway is that Millennial business travelers can often book an Airbnb for less than the cost of a hotel room. However, hotels in Airbnb for business travelers can do a lot to reduce your work-stress and make your trip more pleasant and productive — if you know how to get the most out of your stay. Airbnb has a huge business opportunity scheme for budding entrepreneurs also.

The second in the list is Uber: It is a multinational ride-sharing company. Passengers or travelers use the app to order a ride for transportation in 63 countries and 785 metropolitans area. They are quoted with a fare price in-app. Users can pay online with different payment portal systems varying upon countries for example Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal. It is a public utility taxi service whereby business travelers can move here and there easily. How do you feel about using an app for road transportation while traveling? Tell us in the comments section.
The third on our list is Google Maps: Google maps is a web-mapping service that offers satellite imagery street maps, 360 degrees aerial and panoramic view, real-time traffic conditions, route planning for traveling by air, foot, car, and bicycle. It gives users the ability to navigate themselves within buildings such as airports, museums, shopping malls, big-box stores, universities, transit stations, and other public spaces (including underground facilities). You can search for anything that's nearby like grocery places, hotels, cafes, bars and restaurants, Banks, and Hospitals. It also encourages its users to contribute to Google Maps and provide them additional perks and benefits for your work. Adding reviews, photos, basic information, and videos are some features in it which helps the user get correct and meaningful information. It's a built-in service if you have a google device, but if you have android, apple, or other devices, you might have to download it separately, and its a must-have app for anyone who is business traveling.
The fourth app on our list is Expensify: The most important thing to do if you are on business travel is to take care of your expenses. I know that it is really hard to keep track of your expenses when you are out on a travel spree into a new country. The urge to spend every little dime is just extravagant. But you should keep in mind that spending more doesn't necessarily guarantee you more out of your business trip. So to keep all your expense under control, we have this expense management system whereby it keeps a record of all transactions. All you have to do is click pictures of your receipts and upload them to the app.
Expensify tracks and files expenses on a ledger system, commodities such as fuel, transport bills, and meals; once users take a click of their receipts or just screenshot the payment receipt on the device, artificial intelligence identifies the merchant, date and amount of the transaction, then automatically categorizes and saves the expense. By far it is the best travel app from my point of view. What's even better is that this app can sync with your credit card and check out the history of your scanned receipts to better match them. It is available on both IOS and Android and can be used freely with limitations.
Fifth on our list is Accu weather: There is no such thing as bad weather, only different kinds of good weather. The weather can make or break the best-laid vacation plans, upending beach trips, wilderness hiking, and business trips. A good weather app with international reach is a must for millennial travelers and bleisure travel tourists, and one of our favorites weather forecastings is AccuWeather, which features 15-day forecast summaries and  5-day forecasts, and minute cast. Tune to the world’s trusted name in weather. That latter feature zeroes in on your GPS location to provide minute-by-minute precipitation forecasts out to the next two hours. However, we cannot say this app is accurate, but it’s accurate most of the time.

Sixth on our list is PartyWith:
It's an amazing app that is available on IOS and
Android, and as the name suggests party with is a free app having an aim for connecting the people who want to check out the most happening party places in an unknown country. Users must be over 18 years old.

The application combines GPS location information with a social networking framework that provides the users with the opportunity to chat with and meet other users. The application inbuilt feature recommends party events for users to go to, based on a crowd-sourced model.
The last and premium app on our list is XE currency: XE Currency's excellent currency conversion app is everything you'll ever need when you find yourself in need of prices and exchange rates abroad. The app supports national currency used worldwide, with the ability to track up to 10 currencies simultaneously.

Rates are regularly updated (you can set the frequency of updates), and best of all, the app stores the rates of currencies you've looked up, so that they're always available offline, even away from Wi-Fi or a mobile connection.

Bonus App
Expedia app owned by Expedia Group is a bonus tip that has made it on our travel apps list. We can use it to book cruise ships, car rentals, airline tickets, and hotel bookings.

Conclusion: Technology has played a very important role in today’s travel industry. So, this is the list of apps for business travelers you should keep in mind. We must cope up with the trend and use the technology for a greater impact in our daily-day to day activities.
By using technology in this digital era, we could gain a competitive advantage across our peers. While using this digital technology we must keep in mind the ethical purpose of our needs. it is mandatory to follow abide by the rules and regulations created by the government of specific countries and the Internet Law.
